Every year, at SEMA, the automotive industry's largest convention, Caliber's executive leadership meets with the executive teams of automotive manufacturers, insurance providers and more, to present a comprehensive snapshot of the collision repair industry.
These are select spreads from the 40-page report which covered topics ranging from the challenges of a reduced workforce to the growing complexity of vehicles, to the need for proper calibrations of ADAS safety systems. Additionally, the book contained a section on Caliber's strategies to address the industry's challenges.
